It is not possible to collect your keys before your rental agreement has officially started. If your rental agreement starts on a weekend or public holiday, the move-in date will be the next business day. It is not possible to collect your keys earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do <strong>not<\/strong> collect your keys on the move-in date, they will be available for pickup at customer service at K\u00f6rsb\u00e4rsv\u00e4gen 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/sssb.se\/en\/customer-service\/\">during their opening hours.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must present a valid form of identification, such as an ID card, passport, or BankID identification, to collect your keys. Other forms of identification are not accepted. Your first rent invoice must be registered as paid. Only the person listed on the tenancy agreement can collect the keys.
