Look at your rental agreement to see what applies to your home. When electricity is not included, you need to sign an agreement with an electricity company and network provider before you move in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Electricity included =&nbsp;<\/strong>It\u2019s stated as \u201cElstr\u00f6m ing\u00e5r\u201d on your rental agreement. Your electricity usage is included in the rent.<br><strong>Electricity not included =&nbsp;<\/strong>It\u2019s stated as \u201cElstr\u00f6m ing\u00e5r ej\u201d on your rental agreement. If you want wifi in your home, you can connect your own wifi router to the network socket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our internet operator is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telenor.se\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.telenor.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Telenor<\/a>. If you experience any issues with your broadband connection, contact their customer service at&nbsp;020 &#8211; 222 222. Make sure to mention that you live with&nbsp;Stockholms studentbost\u00e4der&nbsp;and provide your street address and apartment number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Speed and Performance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The broadband connection has a maximum speed of&nbsp;<strong>250\/250 Mbit\/s<\/strong>, meaning&nbsp;<strong>250 Mbit\/s <\/strong>downstream&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>250 Mbit\/s <\/strong>upstream.
